What You’ll Own (Your Impact)- Faster response time to new leads
- Higher quality and volume of inquiries
- Improved conversion (lead → booked → customer)
- Clean, organized CRM pipelines
- Clear reporting and continuous optimization
What You’ll Do🔹 Growth Marketing (Primary)
- Run and optimize Facebook / Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives, and offers
- Track results and continuously improve performance
- Maintain a simple monthly campaign plan
- Manage lead follow-ups (email, SMS, calls)
- Build and improve GoHighLevel automations
- Ensure every lead has a clear status and next step
- Maintain pipeline accuracy (tags, notes, stages)
- Support onboarding and scheduling workflows
- Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation
- Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel
- Improve workflows, automations, and messaging
- Deliver weekly updates + monthly performance reports

- GoHighLevel (CRM + automation)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)
- Basecamp
- AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
What Makes You a Great Fit✅ Core Requirements
- 2+ years experience in:
- Digital marketing / paid ads
- CRM / marketing operations
- Sales or lead conversion pipelines
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- You think in systems, not just tasks
- You care about conversion, not just traffic
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- You can manage multiple moving parts independently
- GoHighLevel experience
- Experience with service-based or education businesses
- Copywriting or campaign messaging experience
