About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing coaching business focused on helping women launch and grow successful businesses.

This role combines social media management, content repurposing, lead generation, relationship building, AI-assisted marketing, and sales support. The ideal candidate will not simply execute tasks but will contribute ideas, maintain consistency, and help drive business growth.

The primary objective is to help generate awareness, build trust, grow the audience, generate leads, and support enrollment efforts for the client’s signature coaching program, Purpose to Profits.

Key Objectives

  • Help enroll 10 paying clients into the Purpose to Profits program by September
  • Increase brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Build and nurture lead pipelines
  • Create consistent marketing activity across platforms
  • Establish systems and processes for sustainable growth

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain Facebook and Instagram presence
  • Assist in growing and engaging the Facebook community/group
  • Create and schedule content consistently
  • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately
  • Maintain the client's brand voice and messaging

Content Repurposing

  • Convert video content into multiple content formats
  • Create short-form video clips and promotional content
  • Repurpose Facebook Lives and coaching content into:
  • Reels
  • Short-form videos
  • Social media posts
  • Graphics
  • Quote cards
  • Promotional content
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and speed
  • Ensure all content maintains a professional, modern, and polished appearance

Lead Generation & Audience Growth

  • Research and identify potential prospects
  • Build targeted prospect lists
  • Generate leads through social media and community engagement
  • Support lead magnet promotion campaigns
  • Drive traffic toward lead generation funnels
  • Assist in growing the client's email list

Sales & Outreach Support

  • Develop and refine outreach messaging
  • Assist in creating prospect engagement strategies
  • Conduct direct outreach through social platforms
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects
  • Book discovery calls and appointments

Hours:
