As we continue to expand our global team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate based in Nepal to support execution across lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, content, and marketing operations.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Associate is a hands-on execution and support role focused on assisting with and owning specific growth marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with depth in at least one growth discipline—paid ads, email marketing, content, technical marketing setup, or social media—and strong interest in how growth systems work end to end.

You will work closely with U.S.-based Marketing and Growth teams to execute campaigns, maintain clean tracking and data, and support experiments across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing Execution

  • Support and execute growth marketing initiatives across paid ads, email marketing, content, and social media.
  • Own or co-own specific campaigns or projects based on your area of strength.
  • Assist with launching, iterating, and optimizing growth experiments.
  • Coordinate closely with U.S.-based team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Marketing Operations & Technical Setup

  • Support marketing infrastructure and tracking, including:
    • UTM creation and management
    • HubSpot forms, lists, workflows, and properties
    • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup and QA
  • Help maintain clean attribution, data consistency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Support landing page setup, testing, and optimization.

Lifecycle, Content & Social Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns including setup, scheduling, and performance tracking in HubSpot.
  • Support content initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign copy.
  • Help manage social media scheduling and basic publishing workflows.
  • Use AI tools to support content generation and faster execution.

Paid Ads & Performance Support

  • Assist with paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Support campaign setup, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Help analyze results and surface insights related to lead quality and conversion.

AI-Assisted Growth Workflow

  • Use AI tools to support research, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Continuously improve workflows to increase speed, quality, and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Paid advertising
    • Email or lifecycle marketing
    • Content writing and content generation
    • Marketing operations or technical setup
    • Social media marketing
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with U.S.-based teams across time zones.

Bonus

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Experience setting up or QA’ing UTMs, analytics, or conversion tracking.
  • Strong writing skills or experience with long-form or lifecycle content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, automation, or analytics.
  • Prior experience supporting B2B or SaaS growth teams.

Compensation

Annual compensation range: $12,000–$25,000 USD, depending on experience and skill level.
