About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the AI Studio for Real Estate product suite, including its core engines: LenderIQ, CRE Smart Inbox, and Rent Roll Surveillance. This role requires orchestrating Agile workflows, managing cross-functional resources, and ensuring the timely execution of evolving product roadmaps. Beyond core delivery, the Project Manager will own critical operational initiatives, including Software Capitalization reporting, Product Operations automation, and the coordination of active customer pilots, ensuring a balance between rapid engine development and rigorous process standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Key Product Engines
- Manage the AI Studio for Real Estate platform, specifically 3 product engines within the platform: LenderIQ, CRE Smart Inbox, and Rent Roll Surveillance.
- Prioritize initiatives based on immediate customer needs and evolving Product-Market Fit; effectively manage pausing or pivoting projects as required.
2. Software Capitalization
- Lead the Software Capitalization project to assist Product Manager and Technical HODs.
- Track and detail team working hours spent on producing new features versus maintenance to ensure costs are correctly recorded as long-term assets.
3. Jira Ticket Maintenance & Product Ops
- Maintain and manage Jira boards for all three engines (LenderIQ, CRE Smart Inbox, Rent Roll Surveillance) and other Studio-sync related projects
- Collaborate with the Product Ops team to automate tasks, specifically ensuring the Notion Project Tracker syncs accurately with Jira.
4. Scrum and Agile Practices
- Conduct daily stand-ups and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure smooth Agile workflow and resolve impediments to team progress.
5. Delivery Ownership
- Act as the primary person responsible for the successful and timely delivery of features and project outcomes.
6. Architecture & Experimentation (Plugin Model)
- Oversee the experimentation of the Plugin-based architecture (microservices) to replace monolithic integrations.
- Monitor the integration of engines into the studio; if experimentation faces blockers, coordinate alternative initiatives directed by Senior Management.
7. Meeting Participation and Updates
- Attend all scheduled meetings relevant to AI Studio for Real Estate and its engines.
- Provide updates, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on meeting outcomes.
8. Representation in Delivery Meetings
- Serve as a spokesperson in critical delivery meetings.
- Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
9. Customer Pilots & Risk Management
- Manage Pilots for two Real Estate customers, ensuring successful onboarding and customer support management.
- Manage a customer risk sheet, identifying and mitigating potential risks for new onboarding.
10. Collaboration with Product Manager & GTM
- Work closely with the Product Manager to align project activities with the roadmap.
- Assist in Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to support the search for Product-Market Fit in the Real Estate domain.
11. Documentation Standardization
- Establish a standardized way of documenting product discussions, engineering decisions, and Sprint planning (currently a gap).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including release notes and decision logs.
12. Resource Planning and Allocation
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure resources are allocated efficiently across the three product engines.
- Monitor resource utilization to prevent bottlenecks.
13. Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential project obstacles.
14. Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance team productivity.
15. Team Coordination and Support
- Foster a collaborative environment and guide team members as needed.
