Purpose

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Analyst with a focus on multichannel marketing to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving acquisition, customer engagement and retention through strategic campaigns using the Braze platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, design, and set up email, push notifications, in-apps, whatsapp and sms campaigns using Braze, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize Braze's segmentation tools to create highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize cross channel performance, including subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of multichannel campaigns using Braze's analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective cross channel marketing efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Position Requirements (Experience & Competencies)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in multichannel marketing platforms, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Braze, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing campaigns and analyzing data.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Certification in email marketing or related areas.
  • Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, CRM systems, Slack, Figma).
