What we’re looking for3-5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing at a high-growth SaaS or subscription business
Ran multi-channel paid campaigns with healthy ROI and rapid experimentation
Strong chops in lifecycle/email/CRM — and how to personalize it at scale
Fluent in CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel metrics, and know how to make them tell a story
Experience supporting PLG initiatives through marketing collabs
Creative eye and high taste: you know what great design looks like and push creative strategy to its limits
Resourceful and scrappy, from recording your own ads to hacking together AI tools, your single focus is making it happen
Clear communicator, fast executor, and sharp strategist
Bonus: You’ve worked with AI-native or builder/creator-focused products

In one sentence: Lead end-to-end growth strategy across paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth.
Own and scale the growth engine; across paid, lifecycle, and product; to drive compounding user and revenue growth
Run paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms - testing relentlessly and optimizing for ROI and scale
Build high-converting lifecycle programs (email and in-app) to drive activation, monetization, engagement, retention, and expansion
Partner with product teams to unlock PLG opportunities: onboarding flows, upsell nudges, referral programs, you name it
Test, learn, repeat - design and analyze A/B tests across the entire user journey, from ad click to annual renewal
Operate on multiple altitudes - from doing an IC work to owning a strategy
Track and own data - plus work closely with Finance on budgets and forecasting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship lovable experiences
