This role sits within Commify’s BeNeLux brand; Spryng (LinkedIn). While the name might not be instantly familiar, Spryng is a market-leading and one of the fastest-growing messaging providers in Western Europe. Whilst Commify is a global company, this role will be fully focused on generating growth in BeNeLux. Meaning you will be fully responsible for all marketing activities in the BeNeLux region.

About The Role

Partnering across teams, you'll drive pipeline growth, optimise digital performance, and build a data-driven growth engine, including our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programme. This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing - Europe, the European marketing team, and sales teams for Netherlands & Belgium-Luxembourg to co-develop and fully own the end-to-end execution of our digital growth strategy. Your key areas of focus will be:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering across teams, you’ll drive pipeline growth, optimise digital performance, and build a data-driven growth engine, including our account-based marketing (ABM) programme. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone eager to take the lead and deliver measurable impact.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing - Europe, our European marketing team, and the sales teams for Netherlands en Belgium-Luxembourg to co-develop our digital growth strategy and take full ownership of its end-to-end execution. 
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Campaigns targeted at specific accounts within our ICP, in close collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Email marketing & marketing automation: Build intelligent flows using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, for both customer communication and new business initiatives.
  • SEO and AIO (AI-Optimised content): Optimise content for both search engines and AI platforms.
  • Branding & content marketing: Develop thought leadership and conversion-oriented content for all funnel stages, including customer retention.
  • Full-funnel ownership: Continuously oversee and improve the journey from first contact to sales-qualified lead.
  • Market research and analysis: Develop a detailed understanding of our target markets, opportunities, and risks, and align this with local marketing strategy.
  • PPC and paid media channels: Manage the marketing budget for the BeNeLux to ensure a positive ROI, with key expenditures in PPC, paid social, and events.
  • Campaign launches, analysis, and reporting: Support product launches and analyse campaign effectiveness. It’s important to measure, understand, and clearly present campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Budget ownership and strategic spending: You will be entrusted with a dedicated marketing budget to drive sustainable growth in your region, BeNeLux. This includes full responsibility for budget allocation, execution, and analysing the return on investment (ROI) of your marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • You've already taken your first steps in marketing and now ready to elevate your career. Your confident in sharing your vision and eager to take full ownership of the BeNeLux region. In essence, you'll act as the Head of Marketing for this market. But don’t let that intimidate you: the Head of Marketing for Europe, is also based in our Amsterdam office, and will be your main coach and support. You’ll be in good hands as you grow into the role.
  • Experience in (B2B) marketing in a similar role is a must.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with common marketing tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and SEMrush.
  • Dutch is your native language (this is a strict requirement).
  • Additionally, it’s important to have a good level of English. Basic knowledge of French is a plus as Belgium is obviously a multilingual country.
  • You studied Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You're a creative powerhouse who's data-driven, proactive, and a true collaborator focused on delivering results.
