Role Summary and Impact
We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly evolved Growth & Marketing team based in London. The team focuses on local market opportunities. Working closely with our global growth teams and agency leadership to maximise growth opportunities
As a WPP Media Growth Manager you will support the Growth team in the delivery of UK pitches, managing the project management, research and internal relations & best practice.
You will need to have experience in big, multifaceted businesses (ideally within media, advertising or tech) and comfortable managing projects, building relationships with internal teams, conducting desktop research across industry tools (training supplied) and building & managing AI agents
- Project management of end to end pitch process
- Supporting the development of all pitch collateral, working closely with design to create stand out documents and pitch theatre
- Own & manage internal processes e.g. regular updating of the RFI Library, pitch status and internal comms (alongside PR & Marketing)
- Liasing with wider Growth department to ensure support and collaboration across New Business, PR & Marketing
- Producing detailed briefing documents for teams to ensure clear on the pitch asks, deliverables and deadlines
- Supporting on ensuring the WPP Media Winning Pitch Process is always implemented in full
- Ensure you use AI effectively to shortcut key tasks, support the teams on how to implement and ensure all process AI tasks are set up and actively used. This role will require you to ensure WPP Media agents are able to support teams in multiple tasks within a pitch process.
In the first 100 days, you would have:
- Become fully accustomed to our network and agency propositions as well as our WPP Media Winning Pitch Process
- Become fully accustomed to our network and agency tool/tech solutions
- Support on the delivery of agency pitches working with the Growth senior leaders
- Developed strong collaborative relationships with the agency teams as well as central functions at WPP Media
In the first year, you would have:
- Ensured all UK on pitches are run efficiently, well project managed and have the right internal materials and design support to win
- Built and managed key AI Agents to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Growth team
- Successfully contributed towards the WPP Media UK annual new business targets and COMvergence rankings

- Ability to manage a team to deliver winning content within tight time frames
- Strong collaboration skills with a wide range of stakeholders, organisations and WPP agencies
