The Growth Partner Lead plays a critical role in enabling Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to operate as growth partners for our customers. This position focuses on training, consulting, and guiding CSMs to enhance their capabilities in understanding emerging trends, market dynamics, and best practices within designated industry verticals. By fostering a deep understanding of the client’s business environment, products, and challenges, the Growth Partner Lead ensures that CSMs are equipped to provide expert guidance, helping clients maximize their potential and achieve their business goals.
What you'll do:
- Accountable for enhancing the growth KPIs of the Customer Success department.
- Provide training and ongoing support to CSMs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to act as trusted advisors for clients. Develop and deliver programs to enhance CSMs’ industry expertise, consulting skills, and strategic thinking.
- Consultation and Guidance: Act as a strategic consultant for CSMs, guiding them in aligning AppsFlyer’s solutions with clients' needs. Offer insights and best practices to help CSMs address complex client challenges and drive growth.
- Industry Mastery: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of a specific industry segment, becoming an expert in the client’s vertical. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to generate insights and strategies that can be shared with CSMs.
- Vertical-Based Strategy: Support CSMs in executing a vertical-focused operational strategy, ensuring they possess the expertise needed to guide client growth and tailor AppsFlyer’s solutions to their unique needs.
- Market & Ecosystem Expertise: Continuously monitor market trends, industry context, and benchmarking data to empower CSMs with relevant insights for guiding client decision-making.
What you have:
- 3-5 experience in mobile user acquisition with a deep understanding of the mobile marketing and attribution industry, including market dynamics and emerging trends.
- Experience working closely with clients to understand their business needs and align solutions to meet their goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong internal partnerships.
- Proven ability to train, guide, and consult CSMs and other client-facing teams is a strong plus.
