TeamJoin Cortex, a small, fast-moving studio building smart mobile puzzle games — The Almanac, a daily ritual for tens of thousands of players, and new titles like Shikaku. We're a lean, growth-driven team backed by Voodoo. You'll sit at the heart of how we find and convert new players.
RoleAs Cortex's Growth Manager Junior (Internship), you'll own the creative engine behind our user acquisition. Your job is to produce a high volume of ad creatives with AI tools, test them fast, and find what makes players click and install. You'll start on creative production and ASO, and progressively grow into monitoring and steering our UA campaigns day-to-day.
This is a junior role, ideal for a first or second professional experience — we hire on your creative output and your energy, not your CV.
ResponsibilitiesProduce a high volume of ad creatives (video, static, playable concepts) using AI tools like Scenario, Midjourney, Runway and CapCut
Test creatives, read the results, and iterate fast to bring the CPI down
Own ASO across the App Store: keywords, screenshots, and continuous iteration
Watch the market and competitors to feed fresh creative angles
Support and progressively take ownership of daily UA monitoring (AppLovin, Meta)
Work hand-in-hand with the founder, and level up on UA economics through an onboarding with Voodoo's growth team
Gen Z, marketing brain paired with creative hands
Already creating on your own — a faceless page, UGC, AI experiments. You bring a portfolio, not a diploma
Fluent with AI creative tools, or the kind of person who learns a new tool in an afternoon
Analytical curiosity: you want to understand why a creative converts

Skills Required
- First or second professional experience (junior/internship level)
- Portfolio of creative work (UGC, faceless page, AI experiments)
- Fluent with AI creative tools (Scenario, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut) or ability to learn quickly
- Experience or willingness to own ASO across the App Store (keywords, screenshots, iteration)
- Familiarity with UA platforms and monitoring (AppLovin, Meta) or ability to support UA campaigns
- Analytical curiosity and ability to read test results and iterate creatives
- High energy, ownership, comfortable shipping large volume of rough creatives
- Video editing skills
