As a Growth Manager (B2C) at Utiva, you will be responsible for driving individual user acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the full-funnel conversion process, ensuring prospective students successfully transition from initial interest to program enrollment. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a customer-centric approach to building a robust pipeline of learners.

  • Prospect and nurture individual leads to drive program enrollments and meet revenue targets.
  • Engage with prospective students via calls, messages, and consultations to convert interest into sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine messaging, optimize funnels, and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track student payments, and update performance dashboards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during webinars, info sessions, and community events.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct sales or growth experience (B2B/B2C).
  • BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasive speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly mature, responsible, and self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively to a high-performing team.


Skills Required
