The Role
Bolna AI is India's leading Voice AI platform - 1,050+ paying customers, $6.3M raised from General Catalyst, and growing rapidly across BFSI, BPOs, logistics, and e-commerce. We deploy AI voice agents in 10+ Indian languages. Now we need someone to own how the world finds out about us.
Build Bolna’s growth engine from scratch. You’ll lead a small team and be accountable for everything from case studies to LinkedIn to webinars.
- Case studies and demos - deep, data-led, and customer-verified. Bolna sits on India’s largest database of real Voice AI calling data.
- LinkedIn - consistent B2B posts, product releases, and partnership announcements. 3–4 times a week, not 3–4 times a month.
- Bolna webinars, hackathons, and community events - we’re building this from zero. You’ll own the roadmap.
- Customer communications - product announcements, onboarding emails, and lifecycle messaging. Fast and clear.
- PR and brand - a light touch, but when it matters (funding, big partnerships), you lead it.
- 4–7 years of experience in growth, content, or marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Fast execution - A LinkedIn post takes you 2 hours, a case study 2 days, and an event gets planned in 2 weeks
- Comfortable pulling numbers - from dashboards, customer calls, or CRMs - and building a narrative around them
- Strong written English - Clean, Direct, and no fluff
