Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. It almost never starts there. Instead, it begins with a treatable mental health issue. Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health to massively increase access to timely, preventative care for all kids, before things get worse.
We accept all insurances, including Medicaid plans, offer virtual care with an emphasis on group therapy, and take a point-of-intervention approach. No waitlists. No insurance holdups.
We're looking for a Growth Lead to help us bring Marble to more schools and districts across the country. This role is about landing and expanding - identifying new opportunities, building trust with school counselors and district leaders, and helping schools get students the care they need.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle with schools and districts - from first outreach through partnership
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while managing a growing pipeline
  • Develop deep understanding of the counselor and district experience to tailor Marble's value proposition
  • Bring feedback from the field to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Represent Marble at key school district meetings and events in new/existing markets (~1 week/month travel).

Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high growth environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and landing new logos
  • Startup-minded - scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity
  • Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence
  • Mission-driven and energized by improving youth mental health

Compensation
Our compensation is based on experience and includes both base and commission. On target earnings are between $140k and $170k as well as meaningful equity.

Marble Health is building the operating system for youth mental health. A platform that connects schools, therapists, health plans, and families - who all have incentives to provide truly effective care to kids struggling with their mental health. And we're not stopping there. We're also defining the new era of behavioral healthcare with AI at the center. We’re creating what we think of as a “therapist Ironman suite” — a set of AI-powered tools, support systems, coaching, and resources that make clinicians better at their work. We’re building AI capabilities to elevate care quality at scale, from assisting with documentation to providing real-time guidance during sessions. We’re exploring how AI can act as a therapy copilot for students themselves, giving them resources and support between sessions.

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We have a hybrid model, with most of the team based out of NYC. We believe an in person presence is crucial to team culture, but also prioritize flexibility. Employees in NYC come into the office ~3 days a week, and we have regular team onsites.
