We're looking for a Growth Lead to help us bring Marble to more schools and districts across the country. This role is about landing and expanding - identifying new opportunities, building trust with school counselors and district leaders, and helping schools get students the care they need.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle with schools and districts - from first outreach through partnership
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while managing a growing pipeline
- Develop deep understanding of the counselor and district experience to tailor Marble's value proposition
- Bring feedback from the field to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Represent Marble at key school district meetings and events in new/existing markets (~1 week/month travel).
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high growth environment
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and landing new logos
- Startup-minded - scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence
- Mission-driven and energized by improving youth mental health
Compensation
Our compensation is based on experience and includes both base and commission. On target earnings are between $140k and $170k as well as meaningful equity.

Marble Health is building the operating system for youth mental health. We’re creating what we think of as a “therapist Ironman suite” — a set of AI-powered tools, support systems, coaching, and resources that make clinicians better at their work. We’re building AI capabilities to elevate care quality at scale, from assisting with documentation to providing real-time guidance during sessions. We’re exploring how AI can act as a therapy copilot for students themselves, giving them resources and support between sessions.
