About the Job


As the Partnership Marketing Lead at Unlimit Crypto, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances that amplify the reach and adoption of our on/off-ramp cryptocurrency solutions. This role is central to enhancing our market presence through robust partnerships with key players across the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems. Success in this position will be measured by establishing high-impact partnerships that accelerate the selling of the on/off-ramp solution and end-user awareness



What You’ll Do

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with leading cryptocurrency platforms, fintech companies, and industry influencers to enhance the reach and adoption of Unlimit Crypto’s offerings.

  • Market Expansion: Utilize partnerships to enter new markets and customer segments, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with partners to co-develop marketing campaigns including joint events, content co-creation, and cross-promotional activities that leverage both parties' strengths to drive awareness and engagement with Unlimit’s crypto solutions.

  • Data- driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership-driven campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.l

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities, ensuring alignment with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.

  • Industry Leadership: Represent Unlimit at key industry events and conferences, leveraging partnerships to enhance our thought leadership and industry influence

  • Cryptocurrency Market Expertise: Utilize an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market dynamics to guide marketing strategies and product positioning

  • Work closely with a successful and highly specialized marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in digital marketing.

Experience Requirements

  • Over 8 years in marketing or partnership roles, with a strong emphasis on building and managing strategic alliances within the cryptocurrency sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years in managerial roles in the cryptocurrency industry, demonstrating a profound understanding of marketing cryptocurrency products and services.
  • Proven track record of leading successful partnership-driven marketing initiatives that have significantly contributed to business growth, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Documented experience in orchestrating large-scale strategy partnerships.

Required Qualifications or Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Deep insight into the cryptocurrency industry, particularly in trends affecting business adoption of crypto solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-impact partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing crypto communities, fostering engagement and loyalty among users.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess in dissecting market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, driving projects with a focus on innovation and results.

Platform/Software Experience Necessary

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, specifically in managing partner relationships and tracking outcomes.
  • Experience with community management and engagement tools suitable for cryptocurrency audiences, including platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, to foster active and engaged community spaces.
