As a Growth Intern, you will support the Growth team in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives.
Skills & QualificationFinal-year student or fresh graduate from any relevant field
Basic understanding of digital marketing (performance marketing, SEO, CRM)
Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms is a plus
Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting
Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Passionate about digital marketing and growth
Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Supporting CRM campaign setup and monitoring user journeys
Contributing to SEO initiatives and helping optimize user funnels
Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track marketing performance
Collaborating with team members on daily (BAU) growth operations
Assisting in growth experiments and identifying opportunities for operational improvements
