We are building the next generation of AI-powered systems across the full spectrum of e-commerce technology. As an early-stage AI initiative within a major e-commerce platform, you'll have the rare opportunity to shape foundational architecture decisions and drive real business impact from day one.
What You'll Work On:
 • Generative AI for Creative — Design and scale production pipelines leveraging state-of-the-art image and video generation models (Gemini, etc.) to power high-performance off-site/on-site advertising creatives at scale.
 • AI-Native Data Platform & Insights — Build intelligent data infrastructure that goes beyond dashboards — incorporating LLM-powered analytics, natural language querying, automated anomaly detection, and proactive business insight generation.
 • Enterprise Knowledge Graph & RAG Systems — Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, knowledge graphs, and semantic search systems that serve as the harness capability for AI agents across the organization.
 • AI-Augmented Software Development Lifecycle — Pioneer agentic coding workflows that accelerate every phase from requirement analysis to code generation, automated testing, and continuous deployment — bringing AI copilots and autonomous agents into production engineering.
 • LLM Evaluation, Safety & Governance — Establish evaluation benchmarks, guardrails, and responsible AI practices to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance at enterprise scale.
