We’re looking for a Growth Developer to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will be a key contributor in two core areas of the business: technical ad operations and growth marketing analytics. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling our digital marketing efforts through data analysis, technical implementation, tagging and attribution development, report automation, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of managing, optimizing and scaling a wide variety of key marketing technology and marketing analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Quantum Metric, Firebase, A/B testing tools, programmatic marketing ad platforms, affiliate marketing platforms, and more.

You will have hands-on experience with the administration of these types of platforms, and will support the upkeep and scale of measurement implementation framework, ensuring data integrity in the data layer, and development of campaign-level and user-level attribution models to optimize performance reporting.

You’ll report directly to our Growth Operations Developer and work very closely with our Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence. This role can be remote or located at one of our offices (Santa Ana, California or Jersey City, New Jersey).

*Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
