- Work across the growth stack — ideation, execution, analysis, and iteration.
- Launch and scale experiments across content, social, paid, SEO, partnerships, and product-led growth.
- Turn product features, launches, and insights into creative growth campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to drive adoption.
- Own growth initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, or experimentation-heavy roles.
