What's the role?

 
We’re seeking a dynamic Associate Growth Manager to join Jar’s Gold team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, eventually owning the overall revenue for Jar. In this role, you will leverage data-driven strategies to identify growth opportunities, implement innovative tactics, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be in charge of developing comprehensive growth plans, aligning strategic initiatives with key performance indicators, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful growth initiatives. What will be your responsibilities?
 

Growth Strategy & Decision Support

• Provide data-backed insights to support strategic decisions across product & growth teams
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key business drivers, market trends, and potential risks
• Develop different dashboards and conduct a lot of analysis to support growth initiatives
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Leverage data insights to propose innovative ideas that enhance customer engagement, acquisition, or retention

Data Analysis & Experimentation

• Leverage analytics tools (Clevertap, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to track KPIs, uncover insights, and drive decisions
• Provide data-backed insights to support strategic decisions across growth & product teams
• Execute and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion, retention, and revenue
• Build dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and opportunities

Project Execution

• Contribute to key projects that drive growth, improve customer experience, or optimize internal processes
• Assist in designing and implementing strategies to achieve key business objectives
• Support in coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful execution

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with senior leaders, managers, and teammates to understand business challenges
• Present insights, project updates, and results to stakeholders in clear and compelling ways

What’s required from you?

• Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a growth, marketing, or analytics role in a fast-paced & data driven environment
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Clevertap, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
