Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned audience growth and retention marketing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, optimization, and leadership updates
- Translate campaign briefs, business priorities, audience insights, and value propositions into actionable marketing plans, channel recommendations, content needs, timelines, and measurable goals
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle programs that support acquisition, conversion, utilization growth, cross / upsell, onboarding, engagement, digital adoption, retention influence, and relationship expansion
- Coordinate execution across digital, web, email, mobile, direct mail, CRM, paid/owned media, provider-facing, contact center, and lifecycle channels
- Partner with product, operations, clinical, business leaders, analytics, content, creative, marketing operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams to manage dependencies, approvals, risks, and delivery milestones
- Support audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, testing, and optimization recommendations based on campaign and journey performance
- Monitor performance across campaigns, channels, audiences, and business lines; prepare reporting that summarizes results, insights, risks, and recommended actions
- Identify conversion friction, engagement gaps, operational barriers, and optimization opportunities across member, patient, consumer, provider, and prescriber journeys
- Maintain project plans, trackers, budget inputs, status updates, stakeholder routines, and executive-ready summaries to ensure transparency and accountability
- Manage work with minimal guidance, escalating complex issues and recommending practical solutions to improve speed, quality, and business impact
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C or B2Provider marketing, growth marketing, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing communications, or related marketing roles
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, or communication strategies that support acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, digital adoption, retention influence, or business growth
- Experience working with audience segmentation, targeting, customer journeys, personalization, testing, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Demonstrated solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, approvals, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to interpret campaign performance, audience insights, engagement metrics, conversion results, NPS, ROI, or related KPIs and translate findings into action
- Demonstrated solid collaboration skills across business, product, digital, analytics, creative, content, operations, marketing operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear status updates, performance summaries, and leadership-ready materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, provider, consumer health, financial services, subscription, marketplace, e-commerce, or regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, journey tools, Adobe suite, analytics dashboards, testing platforms, or performance reporting tools
