Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Growth/Marketing Team.
- Represent the team in internal meetings, communicating updates and progress under guidance from senior leaders.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor marketing spend and identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising impact.
- Assist in executing marketing and sales initiatives designed to attract and enroll new learners.
- Support outreach to potential partner organizations, including preparing materials and managing follow-ups.
- Break down large-scale goals into actionable tasks and maintain progress tracking.
- Document meeting outcomes and facilitate clear communication across stakeholder groups.
- Propose innovative growth strategies and campaign ideas to enhance revenue and engagement.
- Proactively identify risks or issues in ongoing campaigns and escalate them to leadership.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms—events, email, web, and promotional content.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment aligned with GRAZAC’s core values and culture.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
