Serve as Sage’s first General Counsel, leading commercial contracting and building scalable legal processes for a healthcare technology company. Advise executives and the board on healthcare regulation, privacy, corporate governance, product, AI, connected hardware, intellectual property, employment, and financing matters. Partner with Engineering and Product on HIPAA, security, resident data, and incident response issues. Manage outside counsel and balance legal risk, business priorities, and growth.
