About the RoleRiskified is expanding its Strategic Finance team. We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Strategic Growth and Operations Analyst to support our long-term planning and decision-making.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of GTM, Finance and Product. You will partner with key stakeholders across these departments to maintain our market models, track performance against strategic goals, and provide the rigorous data analysis necessary to support our growth.
Successful candidates can take complex data sets—from internal CRMs to external market reports—and translate them into clear, methodological insights. If you are the type of person who enjoys diving into the data to figure out how to measure success, we’d love to learn more about you.
- Define target markets and segmentation frameworks in partnership with RevOps, maintaining the company’s TAM and SAM models to support decision-making.
- Identify and rank key growth vectors by analyzing current market penetration and gathering cross-functional inputs.
- Research and synthesize external market trends, using industry reports and other tools, to validate assumptions and provide context for strategic planning.
- Manage the calculation and monitoring of strategic go-to-market KPIs, ensuring precise data definitions and methodological consistency for ongoing tracking.
- Validate data accuracy across internal and external materials to ensure consistency across all reporting.
- Track projects and timelines for cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Support the broader Strategic Finance agenda by driving ad-hoc revenue growth projects and assisting with other key initiatives as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Business Analysis — Must
- Strong technical experience with Salesforce and BI systems (ability to independently pull and manipulate data) — Must
- Availability to work during NY hours (late afternoon/evening in Israel) to facilitate real-time collaboration with US stakeholders — Must
- Native or fluent English (verbal and written) — Must
- Experience researching and synthesizing external market data (e.g., Statista, CapIQ) — An Advantage
- Experience in B2B SaaS — An Advantage
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling and analysis)
