Team
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and adtech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP, blockchain) and consumer apps.
As a Growth Acquisition Lead, you would be part of Beach Bum studio, that brings a new twist to classic games by introducing them to the world of casual online games!
Role
In this role, you will plan and execute marketing strategies (user acquisition and retargeting) and identify the best actions to drive high-quality users and revenue for our games.
- Drive the mobile growth strategy for multiple mobile games.
- Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks. Perform campaign optimization with respect to bidding strategies, creatives, costs, geography, and platform considerations to meet growth goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.
- Regularly research and test new traffic sources, technology, and formats to meet the marketing targets.
- Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies).
- Manage the creative team to create new concepts, and iterate based on the performance of the creatives.
- Effectively communicate campaign performance with the team and the management team on a regular basis.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing – running UA campaigns based on ROAS targets
- Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution.
- Strong ability to connect between campaign performance and creative production.
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written.
