  • Lead, organize, and manage executive-level strategic planning, sales programs, and operational cadence to drive operational rigor, continuous improvement and implement changes across our business in conjunction with functional leaders.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of AVP's, Regional Sales Directors and field-based sales account executives, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and resources to succeed in a complex and competitive sales environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers in the region, and leverage them to create new business opportunities and drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecast data, and provide timely and accurate feedback and guidance to the sales team and senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments, verticals, and solutions that align with ServiceNow's value proposition and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partnership & channels, customer success, marketing, product, services, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives.
  • Represent ServiceNow as a thought leader and industry expert in the region, and participate in relevant events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow's policies, values, and ethics, and foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion within the sales organization.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a large and complex region.
  • Highly effective leader with exceptional executive presence and communication skills, and a robust network of C-Suite connections across LATAM. Proven ability to build consensus, negotiate effectively, and drive results at all levels, both within and outside the organization.

  • Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value and solving customer problems.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to embrace change and challenge the status quo.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, and a commitment to ServiceNow's core values.
