looking for a Group Engineering Tech Lead to join the leadership of the Work Management group, the main product of monday, and lead the technical aspect and the architecture across the group. The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel. As part of this role, you will work on monday's main product, which is helping organizations around the world and millions of users to work effectively and efficiently.
About The Role:
- Lead the architecture of monday’s Work Management product
- Build, together with the group leadership, the roadmap of the group and product
- Mentorship of tech leads in the organization
- Be part of the R&D technical leadership team - building the way we work, the technical roadmap, closely affect our company products and our growth
- Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
