Key ResponsibilitiesAt the Group Talent & Development team, you will be surrounded by strong, diverse well-rounded profiles, coming from world-leading firms (top-tier consulting firms among others), focused on helping you thrive as a professional.Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the PMO efforts that will help ensure all 18 countries upload in a timely manner their training information
- Participate in the creation of a global dashboard that will support the monitoring of key Learning-related metrics
- Co-lead project aimed at further promoting external eLearning content
- Monitor evolution of adoption KPIs and develop insights
- Propose new ideas to drive adoption and put together plan to implement them
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Run operational process to ensure learning content is available in the platform
- Prepare materials for our quarterly Learning Admin Connect sessions, important meetings with our most relevant stakeholders from all countries
- Contribute to designing and developing other global high-impact learning-related projects that might come up throughout the year.
- Support our Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant learning activities
The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.
