We are looking for a Senior Financial Operations & Excellence Specialist to strengthen the operational backbone of our finance function.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring day-to-day excellence across procurement and finance processes and tools. You will support stakeholders across the organisation, enforce intake discipline, and drive consistent adoption of systems and workflows.
You will play a key role in maintaining structure, efficiency and control in a fast-scaling, multi-entity environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigour, process clarity and continuous improvement.
Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of procurement and finance operational processes
Act as the main point of contact for finance process and tooling queries
Enforce intake discipline and ensure requests follow established workflows
Monitor system usage and drive consistent adoption across teams
Support stakeholders in navigating procurement and finance tools
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Maintain documentation, controls and process transparency
Partner with Finance and other functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
4+ years of experience in financial operations, procurement operations or finance process roles
Strong understanding of finance workflows and operational controls
Experience working with ERP or finance systems
High attention to detail and process discipline
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively
Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Exposure to process optimisation or systems improvement initiatives
Familiarity with budgeting or reporting processes
Experience working in a multi-entity or international structure
Working with a highly motivated and successful team of high performers - with real ownership and room to grow
