- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, UX, and Domain Leadership to align on investments, prioritization, and domain-level operating mechanisms.
The Experience You Will Need:
- Leadership: Typically 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years specifically managing PMs or leading multi-squad areas in B2B/developer-focused companies.
- Technical Domain: Proven track record in complex technical domains (e.g., developer tools, static analysis, or platforms).
- Execution: Expertise in problem discovery, outcome-oriented roadmapping, and translating technical complexity into simple narratives.
- Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with modern SDLC tools like CI/CD, IDEs, and DevOps practices.
