Monitor system health, triage incidents, manage SLOs and error budgets, develop infrastructure and policy as code, maintain security and observability pipelines, eliminate operational toil, and implement preventative engineering improvements from incident post-mortems. Participate in on-call operations while strengthening reliability, security, and incident response capabilities.

Own Sonar’s revenue forecasting, annual and long-range planning, pricing analysis, and revenue strategy. Build driver-based models covering bookings, billings, revenue recognition, consumption-based models, and margin. Provide recommendations to executives, the Board, and investors; establish deal guardrails; and partner with finance, sales, pricing, and accounting teams. Own the full sales cycle for major enterprise accounts across EMEA East, from prospecting and qualification through demos, proofs of concept, business cases, negotiation, and close. Partner with Major Account Managers, channel partners, Solutions Engineers, SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to generate pipeline, expand existing accounts, maintain Salesforce accuracy, forecast performance, and meet booking targets.

Lead the architecture and development of Sonar’s marketing technology infrastructure. Design scalable marketing data models, SQL and ETL pipelines, custom SFMC code, personalization logic, landing pages, and API integrations. Maintain data hygiene, platform security, privacy compliance, automation performance, deliverability, and system uptime. Partner with data, DevOps, and security teams while evaluating AI-driven marketing technologies and next-generation platforms.

It requires collaboration across finance and external auditors while supporting accurate, scalable financial reporting in a high-growth software company.

Lead end-to-end delivery of critical billing features, from architecture and design through deployment and monitoring. Architect on-premises and AWS cloud applications, guide secure feature development, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, drive squad deliverables, and collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
