We need an exceptional EMEA-based Product Management leader to own product management and strategy, to lead a team of eager and amazing product managers to deeply understand the needs and demands of our customers, and to build outstanding software tools for developers and application security teams. Essential for this role—you'll need to be a proven product leader, with experience leading and growing a team of awesome product managers, a proven ability to create profitable B2B software solutions, with a passion for helping businesses succeed beyond their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s product roadmaps, creating a winning vision for your portfolio as well as a can't-miss strategy to achieve that vision.
- Inspire product managers to create roadmaps and prioritize product investments by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
- Manage and coach a team of product managers daily, helping to grow their skills and maximize their impact.
- Deeply understand and evangelize the needs and demands of the application security market and create the product strategy to win in these segments.
- Collaborate with R&D leadership to build game-changing products for our customers.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to successfully deliver these products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.
- Be a thought leader within and beyond company products, experiences, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Extensive software product management experience, preferably in creating products for developer teams.
- Experience leading remote teams leveraging great organizational skills and a history of process innovation.
- Thorough understanding of product management skills, agile/scrum best practices, and an ability to teach to others.
- Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver unparalleled solutions.
- A track record for building products on time and within budget.
- Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- You are a pragmatic visionary that enjoys interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
- You are a proven problem solver, able to think creatively in order to remove obstacles.
