The Role

As a Group Product Manager on Novisto’s Product team, you will play a key role both in evolving Novisto’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) product ecosystem to drive meaningful outcomes for our customers and in developing the Product team. Leveraging your management, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills, you’ll manage a small team charged with owning the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to development, to aligning go-to-market strategies, to measuring outcome attainment for the functional areas you own. As a senior member of the team, you will also work with other senior leaders to drive the team’s organizational efficiencies.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a small team and developing the team into high performers.
  • Driving desired customer outcomes in alignment with Novisto’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Using and challenging the team to leverage data to clearly articulate answers to the W questions:  why an identified problem is worth solving, what needs to be done, who is being targeted, and when it needs to be in the market to drive maximum value.
  • Developing and maintaining the roadmap for your owned functional area(s).
  • Working cross-collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance) and external customers to drive meaningful and measurable customer value.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years experience in product management in the B2B software space.
  • At least 2 years of management experience. (An asset)
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting concepts and frameworks. (An asset)
  • Demonstrated experience launching and measuring customer delighting capabilities.
  • Ability to construct a roadmap that balances customer value with level of effort.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, both in product capabilities and product processes.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
