Group Product Manager for our Surveillance and Security business
EET Group is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially-driven Product Manager for the business line, Surveillance & Security, to join our team.
The Role
The Group Product Manager, Surveillance & Security has the overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the Surveillance Business Unit and creating the highest return for both EET and the vendor. While responsible for profitable revenue growth, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through vendor and product portfolio management, sales support, marketing programs, pricing/program and GTM strategy development in close collaboration with both vendor and the European sales organization. These activities, especially sales and product related are targeted at both the EET sales team and the partner/reseller community.
Reporting to the Business Line Director, Surveillance & Security, this position is based in Birkerød and requires travels to support trade events and EET sales organizations across Europe.

The Job
- Execute the annual revenue and profitability growth and operating plan for the brand in Surveillance business line in collaboration with the markets. Deliver revenue plan by product and market segment for key geographies
- Vendor relationship and product management of a broad base Surveillance & Security product lines (Brands)
- Development and implementation of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement plan for EET and its reseller/channel network.
- Responsible for effective inventory planning and management in collaboration with Purchasing/Procurement team. This includes order forecast, fulfilment, stock turns, weeks on hand, aged or EOL inventory clearance.
- Work with Group Digital Sales & Marketing to develop promotional programs supported by vendor MDF/CO-OP funding to drive sales velocity.
- Work in conjunction with vendors/suppliers and vendor support team to provide product roadmap, new product launch plan, program, support, pricing/program and product information.
- Support in the administrative support of SKU creation, pricing setup, price change communication and product and technical content for web store listing.
- Communication and alignment to internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Digital Sales, Operations and Purchasing on new/existing vendors business and growth plans.
- Review monthly financial performances to ensure attainment of annual operating plan.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Review for top assigned vendors.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of product management experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Product Manager role, Surveillance or related technology preferred. IT distribution or vendor/supplier experience highly desirable.
