What you will do:
Group Pension Employee will manage a specific number of Group Pension policies from current portfolio. For new policies as soon as the policy issuance is agreed and completed, Group Pension employee will be able to register the policy rules in the system and proceed with the bellow described procedures according to policy terms and internal processes.
Your day-to-day:
- Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements
- Billing Calculation
- Benefit calculation and payment process
- Management (buy & sell orders) for clients investment selection
- Members account transfer process
- Fund statement/individual statement issuance
- Customer reconciliation process
- Monthly EOM Reporting
- Customers digital platform support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
- Very good command of MS Office especially in excel
- Ability to adapt to change
- Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
