Job Description
Team Mission
Ensure that the change being implemented is embraced, adopted and utilized by the impacted population
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the Change Management (CM) workstream in our strategic transformation projects and ensures that the project meets qualitative objectives to increase employee adoption and usage of required changes. The CM focuses on the people side of change (preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures etc)
Change Management tasks
- Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. It includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes
- Applies the Coface change management methodology to support adoption to changes required
- Closely works together with the project managers and project teams to integrate CM activities in the project plans
- Ensure quality of the change deliverables in the projects
- Collaborates and works with and through many others in the organization; Builds strong relationships with project sponsors, achieve buy-in with key stakeholders and influence others
- Communicates on our success stories and challenges to increase the visibility of our actions
- Drives and participate in the regional Change Management activities
Profile
Technical skills
- Strong coaching skills as they help their teams through their transitions
- Excellent -proven- capabilities of project management and change management
- In-depth knowledge of project change management processes and tools (CM Planning, communication plan, risk monitoring, etc.)
- Ability to anticipate risks, and manage them with key stakeholders
- Excellent level of English required

Level of experience
- 2-5 years’ experience of project- and change management in strategic transformation projects
- Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects
- 2-4 years of work experience outside the home country
