Objective / Purpose of the Function: Manage the resource of labor and materials necessary to meet the client's requirements and support the supervisor in production requirements. Authority: Consult FMI-143 for individual Standard Operation Procedures related to authorities/responsibilities on Management System. Principal Responsibilities: • Verify training of personnel under your charge, as well as their tools in the different operations of the process. • Release of work to operators in accordance with procedure 101501-259MEX and expiration dates (Production). • Release of work for handling, capture and administration of service units in accordance with procedure 101501-607MEX (Repair Area) • Control and organization of the area (6's compliance) • Monitor compliance with the code of conduct of Spellman de México S.A. of C.V. • Schedule daily production activities (production plan) • Support with the objectives defined in KPI's (Dashboard) • Participation in Continuous Improvement • Using ANDON system • Management and inventory control of flower stock and kanban • Monitoring and support for the proper use and management of the systems required in production by staff (Shvlabor, Genealogy, ESD, Glovia Allocation, calibration, VKS, etc.) • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and instructions applicable to your activities. • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.
