Job Description- Be a part of our team and work in the technical controlling - process, data and systems - of the Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) and take the lead of nine employees.
- You oversee the future S/4 based system landscape for the modules FI and CO as well as their further development under the framework of the Business Process Modeling (BPM) in alignment with all stakeholders.
- In addition, you are responsible for the system change to SAP S/4 in FI and CO as well as the roll-out in the legal entities.
- Furthermore, you work closely together with the Robert Bosch central, HC-Business digital office to implement business concepts in our system landscape.
- Last but not least, you drive the digital transformation of HC and are an integral part of our projects. You act as a FI/CO consultant to ensure an on time go live of S/4.
- Education: university degree in the field of Economics, Business Informatics, Process Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in controlling or finance; comprehensive process know-how in SAP ERP in the module FI and CO as well as ideally in connected process areas (e.g. SD, MM); experience in creation process requirements and process chains; knowledge in the usage of project management methods (e.g. PEP or agile) and in the implementation of projects; first leading experience
- Personality and Working Practice: you are able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders; you are self-confident and result-oriented; you are aware of your responsibility, so you can be relied on at all times; your work is structured, analytical and business-oriented to
- Enthusiasm: you actively support the transformation in finance and controlling through your personality
- Languages: fluent in English, written and spoken as well as willing to learn German
