PSA is expanding into Europe, and we are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Mechanical Engineering team to assist with preventative maintenance tasks, unplanned maintenance, machine upgrades, and other tasks related to process machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager of Operations Engineering and work from our Frankfurt, Germany office. 

Onsite Requirement:

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery in the facility

• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks when the need arises 

• Perform machine upgrades and testing

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks

• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements

• Work with cross-functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are: 

• 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance tech

• Written and verbal communication skills in English

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplying & dividing) 

• Basic computer skills (email, Google suite, Microsoft) 

• Advanced hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude

• Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment

• Curious and seeks to learn new processes and systems, ask questions to ensure understanding

• Takes direction well

• Attention to detail

• Safety first mentality

• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment

Additional Information: This role requires the successful completion of a criminal background check
