The Opportunity

As a Group P&C HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising the technology that powers Crown’s People & Culture function. Working closely with stakeholders across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, you will help drive system excellence through HRIS administration, process improvement, data governance and project delivery. This is an opportunity for a systems-focused professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder partnership to deliver meaningful business outcomes and improve the employee experience.

This is a 12 month max term contract opportunity, which can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support, administration and optimisation of Crown’s HR technology platforms, including Workday.

  • Investigate and resolve HRIS issues, proactively identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • Manage testing activities, change requests and system releases to ensure technology enhancements are delivered successfully.

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and compliance across People & Culture systems.

  • Support business projects, system upgrades and regulatory changes by providing HRIS expertise and stakeholder guidance.

  • Create documentation, process improvements and training resources that increase system capability and user adoption.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience supporting HRIS, enterprise systems or business applications in a complex organisational environment.

  • Experience working with Workday or similar cloud-based HR platforms, including system administration and end-user support.

  • Advanced Excel capabilities with experience interpreting, analysing and reporting on workforce or operational data.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.

  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
