As part of our growth, Free2move Tunisia is looking for a Group FP&A Manager to strengthen its team.
🎯Job Overview:As Group FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the CFO and Executive Management in the financial steering of the Group. You will oversee and coordinate the Group's FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial information.
You will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial analyses, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the financial management of the Group's balance sheet and cash flow. You will work closely with Finance teams across the Group, including Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and local Finance teams.
As the Key User of Planful, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the Group's FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.
This is a high-impact role offering strong exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute directly to the Group's financial performance and transformation.
🛠️Your missions:1. FP&A & Financial ReportingLead the Group’s monthly financial reporting and performance review process.
Coordinate the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
Analyze actuals vs. budget and forecast, identify key variances, and provide clear recommendations.
Prepare consolidated financial reports, management presentations, and ad hoc analyses for the CFO, Executive Management, and Board.
Support key business decisions through financial analysis, including investments, new projects, financing, M&A, and due diligence.
Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and compliance with Group deadlines.
Prepare and monitor consolidated balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
Analyze key financial drivers, including working capital, investments, debt, provisions, and liquidity.
Work closely with Treasury and Finance teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial forecasting models.
Partner with Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Data, and local Finance teams to ensure reliable and consistent financial information.
Ensure alignment between operational KPIs, financial statements, and Group performance analysis.
Support auditors by ensuring that financial analyses, forecasts, provisions, and risks are properly documented.
Provide guidance and support to Financial Controllers on reporting and analysis when required.
Act as the Key User for Planful, overseeing its functional administration, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting models.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.
Contribute to Finance transformation projects covering ERP, EPM, automation, reporting, and process optimization.
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
Business school or equivalent academic background is preferred.
12+ years of professional experience, including significant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Corporate Finance.
Experience gained within an international group is strongly preferred.
Alternatively, significant experience within a Big Four firm, particularly in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or related financial advisory activities.
Strong expertise in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Advanced financial modelling and financial analysis skills.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
Good knowledge of consolidated financial statements and balance sheet analysis.
Ability to translate business performance into relevant financial insights and recommendations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
Strong attention to detail, rigor, and reliability.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Reporting & Presentation: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.
Strong interest in Finance automation, reporting solutions, and digital transformation.

Skills Required
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- 12+ years professional experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Corporate Finance
- Experience within an international group
- Experience in Big Four (Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence) as an alternative background
- Advanced/Expert Microsoft Excel skills including financial modelling
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
