Group ESG Manager

That’s why we’re looking for a ESG Manager who will define and lead Rohlik Group’s sustainability agenda across all five markets — embedding ESG into how we operate, decide and scale.

This is a senior, high-impact role with direct access to top leadership and real influence on how a fast-growing tech-driven company shapes its future.

Reporting to Group CFO

• You’ll build and own the ESG agenda for the entire Group, across multiple countries (5) and functions.

• We are an AI-first company — you’ll embed ESG into a highly data-driven, automated and tech-enabled organisation.

• You’ll work directly with the Group CFO and senior leadership, shaping decisions at the highest level.

• You’ll turn complex EU regulations into practical, business-ready solutions.

• Sustainability here isn’t a side project — it’s part of how we grow and win.

• You’ll see the real impact of your work in supply chains, operations, packaging, people and reporting.

As ESG Manager, you’ll define Rohlik Group’s sustainability vision and translate it into concrete actions, policies and results across all markets.

You will:

• Lead the Group ESG strategy, aligned with EU legislation and Rohlik’s growth ambitions

• Own compliance with CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR and upcoming ESG regulations

• Set ESG priorities, KPIs and targets (carbon footprint, circularity, supply chain, people)

• Prepare ESG reporting and regular updates for the Board and Executive Team

• Build and maintain ESG risk registers and support internal and external audits

• Partner with Procurement, Operations, HR, IT, Legal and Finance to embed ESG into daily practice

• Lead decarbonisation initiatives (fleet transition, energy efficiency, renewables)

• Oversee responsible sourcing and supplier due diligence

• Drive innovation in packaging, food waste reduction and circular solutions

• Build ESG awareness through internal communication and training

You’re a senior ESG professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Background in ESG, sustainability, finance or environmental sciences

• Solid experience in ESG / sustainability (retail, FMCG or logistics is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of EU ESG regulation (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR)

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change through collaboration

• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment

• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills

• Commercial mindset — you understand how sustainability creates business value

• Fluency in English (Czech or German is a plus)
