The Opportunity: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Group Claims Team. We have multiple opportunities for Case Managers in IP and TPD, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

To do this successfully you will: 

  • Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
  • Investigating and resolving disputes.
  • Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs
  • Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.

Successful applications will demonstrate: 

  • Previous claims assessing experience in a Life, Workers Compensation and/or Health Insurance
  • Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships
  • Customer First Approach
