This role sets solution direction, leads delivery from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement, and partners across business and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The manager develops talent, manages priorities and capacity, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, governed, and ready for adoption.

  • Build team capability through skill development, succession planning, and thoughtful assignment of work.
  • Own analytics initiatives from opportunity framing through implementation. Define scope, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
  • Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, key business questions, phased plans, and recommendations that balance value, feasibility, governance, risk, and resources.
  • Set solution direction for analytics, customer experience, aftersales, and artificial intelligence capabilities, including applications, data products, dashboards, reports, and related business solutions.
  • Lead discovery and design. Identify priority use cases, source systems, data needs, operating constraints, governance needs, and minimum viable scope.
  • Partner with business, analytics, engineering, data science, business intelligence, user experience, governance, and platform teams to align goals and coordinate delivery.
  • Lead modernization and migration efforts for analytics products and supporting data assets. Assess dependencies, align schemas and access, and prepare solutions for production release.
  • Replace manual or fragmented analytical and reporting processes with scalable, governed, supportable solutions that improve reliability and transparency.
  • Define operating models for assigned products and initiatives. Establish prioritization, accountability, backlog ownership, data quality expectations, access controls, support ownership, and escalation paths.
  • Manage product and dashboard enhancements. Use stakeholder feedback to improve usability, prioritize value, and create actionable delivery plans.
  • Track business metrics, adoption, delivery health, operational readiness, risks, ownership, and impact. Communicate progress to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Create decision-ready materials, including project updates, milestone reviews, recommendations, architecture summaries, and prioritization options.
  • Lead day-to-day cross-functional execution by coordinating work, removing blockers, and promoting accountability for outcomes.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Significant progressive experience in analytics, data, business intelligence, digital products, program leadership, or a related function.
  • Experience leading cross-functional business and technical outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Formal people leadership experience, including performance management, talent development, workload planning, and team accountability.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise analytics and data platforms, workflow orchestration, production support, release coordination, and deployment of analytical assets.
  • Ability to work in governed data environments, including access models, entitlements, access groups, service accounts, workspace onboarding, approval workflows, and secure access patterns.
  • Ability to apply data modeling and data curation concepts, including source-to-target mapping, analytics-ready structures, canonical datasets, cross-source integration, and domain-aligned data products.
  • Strong working knowledge of dashboard and business intelligence delivery using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong data-quality and technical problem-solving skills, including investigation of missing data, duplicate records, schema issues, access issues, refresh failures, dependency conflicts, and downstream reporting impacts.
  • Experience guiding technical teams through source-system dependencies, access constraints, migration impacts, operational readiness, deployment patterns, and production support needs.
  • Ability to connect architecture, governance, and operating model decisions to business outcomes.
  • Ability to work across multiple analytics products or domains while balancing solution direction, delivery execution, and operational needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, decision-ready materials for leaders and stakeholders.
