Job Description

As a Grounds Supervisor, you will:

  • Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
  • Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
  • Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
  • Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
  • Empty dumpsters.
  • Operate trash compactor.
  • Break down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
  • Operate all types of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.
  • Operate various types of equipment as needed, frontend loader, lull, high reach, trucks, etc.
  • Trim trees
  • Leave your work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.
  • Perform duties of workers supervised.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Valid state driving license, CDL license as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
