ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, and seasonal clean-up
- Manage and lead groundskeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces
- Oversee the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Inspect grounds regularly to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper water management
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and order supplies, materials, and equipment
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and safely operated
- Coordinate with clients, property managers, or internal stakeholders to address service needs and expectations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, with supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between sites if needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of equipment

- Experience with commercial or large-scale property maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
