Primary Duties
- Clean and finish contours and cavities to meet acceptable standards
- Use filling material such as fiberglass and/or epoxies
- Remove welds from seals, weld spatters, and dress spot welds
- Install trim as a part of the line operation
- Remove scratches from metal and sand to a finished product
- Repair minor dents and blemishes
- Dress and change wheels or discs in accordance with instruction and established procedures
- Fill pen holes with arc welder
- Move frames to the paint line
- Follow standardized methods of work

Work Environment
- Continuous exposure to noise levels >80 db, vibrations, moving objects, fumes, dust, mists, and gases
- Frequent exposure to temperature extremes and cramped quarters
- Occasional exposure to: humid/arid conditions, mechanical hazards, solvents, allergens, and insect bites
Physical Demands
- Continuous or near continuous finger movement and standing
- Must have the ability to speak and hear clearly
- Must be able to see well including depth perception and the ability to distinguish between colors
- Requires frequent (4 or more hours per day): walking, balancing, stooping, reaching (overhead and to the side)
- Occasional sitting, lifting, carrying (25-50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and twisting may be required
Expected Hours of Work
8 hour shifts M-F with weekend and daily overtime hours as required for production
