Role Overview
- We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a proven track record in corporate design to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can deliver high-quality visual assets, from concept through execution, that reflect our brand identity and support strategic goals. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring innovative ideas that enhance our brand’s impact across digital and print channels. A keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including reports, presentations, and digital content for the website and social media.
- Ensure all designs are in alignment with company branding and style guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create visually impactful materials for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process, enhancing our brand’s visual impact.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and gathering feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on corporate design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design experience across digital and print platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to produce designs that are visually compelling and on-brand.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and rationale effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows and high productivity.
