Dot IT is expanding our creative team! We're looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to Create impactful visual content for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social media creatives for various platforms.
Create branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and basic UI designs.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2–3 years of professional Graphic Design experience.

Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

Experience creating high-quality social media designs across multiple platforms.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.

Ability to transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
Experience designing website layouts (UI) and website visuals.
Motion graphics experience is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, website, and video design projects.
