A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLESignwave is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Manila team. This is a hands-on creative role responsible for producing high-quality digital and print materials across a portfolio of marketing clients. The ideal candidate is equally at home in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and understands the technical requirements of both screen, print, cut to shape or engraved output productions and their subsequent application in the sign making process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Print Production- Design and produce print-ready artwork for business cards, brochures, flyers, presentation folders, flags, promotional products etc
- Create print-ready artwork for a wide variety of signage outputs to exact client specifications
- Set up files to professional print standards: CMYK, 300dpi minimum, 10mm bleed, crop marks etc where specified
- Use Pantone Solid Coated references for spot colour specifications
- Prepare and package files for external print suppliers via WeTransfer or FTP
- Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables
- Organise and manage a shared design asset library
- Liaise with account managers and clients on design briefs and revisions
Digital Creative (Bonus but not essential for this role)
- Design engaging social media ad creatives optimised for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop reusable story templates and branded content formats for ongoing client use
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and aspect ratios (square, portrait, landscape, story)
- Support website visual assets in coordination with the digital marketing team
- Have a creative flair by nature
- Ability to listen or read a design brief and create accurate designs efficiently on target with the brief
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience in an agency or design studio environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Know how to read and understand a “Style Guide” to ensure brand compliance
- Solid understanding of print production: CMYK, bleed, resolution, and file packaging
- An understanding of output file types required for offset printing, wide format digital printing, vinyl plotting / cutting, routing, engraving, laser cutting, screen printing, vehicle graphics, etc
- Solid understanding of the difference between vector and bitmap file types
- Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work with a heavy emphasis on print design and output
- Keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid English (Australian) spelling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Skills Required
