Position Overview
Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual assets that enhance brand recognition, support sales initiatives, and elevate marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating impactful designs for print, digital, product presentations, and promotional campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Location: Irvington, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 USD/Annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative marketing materials including flyers, catalogs, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional assets
  • Create visually compelling sales collateral that supports product launches, customer engagement, and business development efforts
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all internal and external marketing channels
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop product mockups, customer presentations, and customized branding solutions
  • Support website design updates, digital campaigns, and online brand consistency
  • Prepare graphics and materials for trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop product visuals and design concepts for uniforms, apparel, and customized branded materials
  • Ensure creative deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, & business goals
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative output

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, branding, and marketing design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • Experience with video editing, social media design, and web design is a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
  • Experience in apparel, promotional products, manufacturing, or branded merchandise preferred
  • Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, or customization processes is a plus
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly creative

Compensation
The published salary range is intended to provide competitive market-based compensation while allowing flexibility based on experience, skillset, education, and performance.
